You may order in stock and pre-order items within the same order, and it is also possible to order different items with different shipping dates. In cases such as these, your order will be shipped once we have all items at our facility.

Please note we are not liable for lost, stolen, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments. If you believe your order is lost/stolen or missing, we recommend opening a claim with the courier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
Please be aware that shipping delays may occur, and while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not able to control warehousing processing, weather or any further carrier-related delays. The shipping times we offer are estimates and not guaranteed.

AmorelleHair reserves the right to modify the selected delivery method to an equivalent alternative — meaning a different shipping carrier that maintains the same estimated delivery timeframe as originally chosen at checkout. No additional shipping fees will apply for this change.

If you place multiple separate orders, each with a different order number, prior to our scheduled restock date, AmorelleHair reserves the right to combine them into a single shipment under one tracking number. This allows us to streamline order processing and ensure more efficient delivery.

Once an order is placed, processing begins promptly. As a result of this, we can only make minimal changes after an order is placed. Please double check and guarantee your order details before placing your order.

Order modifications and cancellations are permitted within 24 hours after making your purchase, and you will be eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of coloured hair extensions, we do not accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges.

Order Terms

AmorelleHair products are available for order or pre-order depending on the product.

Pre-orders are for products that are in the process of being made and not yet in stock. This applies to products with an outlined shipping date in the product information.

Products in stock will be shipped within 1-5 business days.

You may cancel or modify your order or pre-order within 24 hours after purchase, and get a full refund. All sales are final after 24 hours.

Order Processing

Once an order is placed, order processing begins.

Once an order is placed it cannot be modified after a 24 hour time period. This includes product adjustments, delivery options, mailing addresses, etc. You may email us with the correct information or order modification within 24 hours. After 24 hours, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled.

Following the submission of an order, AmorelleHair reserves the right to require further payment and shipping verification. Orders flagged with a high fraud alert will be automatically cancelled.

Unfortunately, online orders are not available for in-person pickup.

All AmorelleHair products are carefully handcrafted. Due to the nature of this process, each item may feature unique variations. These differences can include changes in color, dimension, and overall accuracy. Additionally, variations may occur between the product(s) you receive and the images displayed on our website or social media, largely due to differences in lighting, location, and photographic techniques.

Coloring your hair extensions, whether done personally or by a stylist, is performed entirely at your or your stylist’s own risk. Any chemical alteration of Amorelle hair extensions immediately voids our return and exchange policy. If you decide to color your AmorelleHair hair extensions, we highly recommend performing a strand test first to ensure you’re satisfied with the results. This is due to the fact the hair extensions created in our factories use different chemicals that you or your stylist may use.

Caring for AmorelleHair coloured extensions is similar to maintaining naturally bleached human hair. When you follow our care instructions and use our recommended products, you’ll benefit from the exceptional quality and longevity we strive to provide.

We strongly discourage any chemical processing performed by unlicensed individuals on our raw, single-donor, unprocessed extensions. Permanent changes should always be carried out by a licensed professional, as the hair is a significant investment. Although coloring is possible, incorrect application can lead to damage. Hair can respond unpredictably to various products and techniques, with potential side effects including (but not limited to) extreme dryness, shedding, matting, tangling, and breakage. AmorelleHair hair is not responsible or liable for any damage resulting from chemical treatments.

To ensure optimal results, AmorelleHair extensions should always be installed by a licensed and/or extension-certified hairstylist. Any self-installation or use of unlicensed third parties is done at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for results or issues arising from improper installation.

Choosing AmorelleHair means accepting the responsibility that comes with proper maintenance. If alternative brands or products are used, we cannot guarantee the integrity, performance, or lifespan of the hair.
