Shipping policy

Items that are in stock are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after the purchase date (unless stated otherwise in the 'product information' section).

Pre-orders will ship on the designated date available under the 'product information' section.

Business days are Monday-Friday and therefore do not include weekends.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Below are the estimated shipping times based on your location:

United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 business days

Europe: Royal Mail International Tracked: 3-5 business days

United States: Royal Mail International Tracked: 5-7 business days

All other countries: Royal Mail International Tracked: 5-7 business days 

We have no control over shipment delays, including warehouse processing, weather, or any other delay caused by the shipping carriers.

Please note once your order has been shipped, we are not liable for lost / stolen / missing packages as they are handled by external parties (the courier). 

If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing, we cannot refund/ compensate you. Please contact and open a claim with the courier. Refunds or replacements cannot be considered until the courier has confirmed the parcel as lost or misdelivered.

 

Shipping Disclaimers:

  • Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
  • We do not issue refunds to orders that have been scanned as "Delivered". Where a courier

    records a parcel as delivered, including deliveries marked as signed for, left in a safe place, or delivered according to the courier’s procedures, the delivery will be deemed complete unless the courier’s investigation determines otherwise. If your tracking is showing your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office or courier and opening a claim.

  • Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to activate.
