♡ How do I maintain my Amorelle hair?
We recommend opting for a shampoo and condition once every one-two weeks, using either the RedKen acidic bonding shampoo or the K18 damage shield protective shampoo.
Brush your hair at least 3 times a day, using a detangling brush, to avoid tangling.
Avoid brushing your extensions when damp, instead opt for a wide tooth comb and when possible, let your extensions air dry.
Aim to sleep with a satin pillow/scarf

3 bundles is recommended to cover the entire head when selecting lengths 14" to 24". For hair in 26" or longer, 4 bundles of hair is recommended.

⤶ Estimated Shipping Times
Items that are in stock are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after the purchase date (unless stated otherwise in the 'product information' section).
Pre-orders will ship on the designated date available under the 'product information' section.
Business days are Monday-Friday and therefore do not include weekends.
We have no control over shipment delays, including warehouse processing, weather, or any other delay caused by the shipping carriers. The shipping times stated are estimates and not guaranteed:
United Kingdom:
Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 business days
Europe:
Royal Mail International Tracked: 3-5 business days
United States:
Royal Mail International Tracked: 5-7 business days
All other countries:

⤶ What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
We understand that picking the perfect colour match online can be difficult. Only extensions that are completely unaltered (meaning they cannot be worn, cut, washed, brushed, coloured, installed, have their zip tag tags cut or changed in any way) and in their original packaging will be accepted for exchange within 7 days after the delivery date stated on the shipping carriers website.
If you are unable to follow our returns policy, your shipment will unfortunately be rejected and you will receive your item back.
Only UK orders can be exchanged. International orders are not eligible.
⤶How do exchanges work?
To register an exchange, please email us at: support@amorellehair.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
If your item meets the exchange requirements (meaning they cannot be worn, cut, washed, brushed, coloured, installed, have their zip tag tags cut or changed in any way, as well as being and in their original packaging), the exchange will be confirmed and the return address will be sent to you.
The shipping fee for the return, along with any other related charges, is to be covered by the consumer. An invoice will also be sent to cover the cost of shipping the new product to you.
Once your returned item arrives at our facility, we will process your exchange promptly. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Once processed and the shipping invoice has been payed, your new item will be shipped to you and a new tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Please note: We may not always have your desired exchange item in stock. In cases such as these, the consumer will be able to pre-order their item, which will often ship at the end of the month.
⤶What if my order arrives damages or not as described?
If you believe your order is damaged, not as described or not suitable for use, please contact us at : support@amorellehair.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Any communications received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
A detailed explanation of the issue, along with video and picture evidence clearly showing the defect is required. Our team will carefully assess the evidence to determine whether an exchange is warranted. In some cases, we may require the item to be sent back to us (completely unaltered) to proceed further investigation.
If upon investigation we confirm that the item was defective, damaged or not as described prior to shipment, we will exchange the product at no additional cost to the consumer.
After we receive the returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection. After inspection, we will let you know the specific date your exchanged order will be shipped if an exchange is warranted.
Please note, in some cases we may not have your desired exchange item in stock. In cases such as these, the consumer will be able to pre-order their item, which will often ship at the end of the month.
