Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of coloured hair extensions, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Under UK Consumer Rights Law, bespoke and personalised items are exempt from the usual return policy. As each set of extensions is made to order and customised, they fall under this exemption.
Returns may only be accepted with prior approval and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason and circumstances of the request.
Return shipping requirements:
• International returns must be sent via UPS (fully trackable)
• UK returns must be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed
Failure to use the required shipping service may result in no refund being issued. If a parcel is lost in transit and the specified service was not used, we are unable to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, extensions must be:
• Unworn and uncut
• Returned in their original packaging
• The zip tag must be fully intact and not removed.
All returns must be tracked, and it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the return until it has been successfully delivered to us.
Return costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
Tracking information:
A valid tracking number must be provided as proof of delivery. Refunds will not be processed until the returned order has been received.
To request a return or refund, please contact us via email within 72 hours of receiving your order. Requests received after this time will not be considered. Please include clear photos of the extensions for reference. Once we confirm that your request aligns with our policy, we will provide return instructions.
All returned orders are inspected upon receipt. If all conditions are met, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
